Prior to joining Saatchi & Saatchi in 2018, Iona was Chief Strategy Officer of the award-winning creative hot-shop Marcel, first in Paris then in Sydney since 2014. A graduate of Oxford University and Sciences Po in Paris, Iona has led integrated brand strategy on global and local clients across almost every category from diamonds to dog-food for brands including AXA, BNP Paribas, Cartier, Citroen DS, Garnier, Heineken, Intermarche, Maggi, Nescafe, Nissan, OPSM, Powershop, Total, Ray-Ban, Rio Tinto, Tinder and Tiger Beer. Having started her career at TBWA and then Sapient Razorfish, she’s explored a broad range of strategic disciplines, leading hybrid teams of UX, social, digital and brand planners to find innovative ideas fit for these times of change.
